REGISTRATION POLICY
We love parties and you know that. The make-or-break factor as we see it is how nice, open- minded and friendly the people at the event are, and how well they will get along.
This is why it is extremely important for us to maintain an exclusive, professional, attractive and absolutely fun feeling at our events by ensuring whoever takes part meets certain criteria.

- Already a member?
That's easy!
" As a member, you receive invitations for each event directly by email and are able to register on the guest list. It is required to be at least 21 years old to become a member.
" You are guarantee admission if you registered on time on the guest
list and you can invite 1 friend to come with you.
- Becoming a Privileged member
Complete your profile online, send us a picture and receive your
personal membership card that offers you lots of
additional perks:
- If not registered,
we will give you priority at the door (subject to the venue’s capacity)
- Complimentary admission to selected Havalight events
- Free bottle of champagne and as many as 5 free admissions for your
birthday
- Recommend up to 5 of their friends to become members a month subject
to our discretion
- A processing fee of $15 will be required to issue the card
- Application acceptance or denial is subject to our discretion
- Becoming a member
There are two ways to become a member:
" Be recommended by an existing member
Just ask them to send us a short email to confirm their sponsorship request, stating your full name and email address. Upon receipt of this request we will then be able to confirm your enrollment within one week. It is rarely the case that we need to deny a request.
" Attend an event as a "non-member" and meet with one of the organizers to have him "sponsor" you. Make sure to have a business card available.
- Attending an event
- Members: Given that you RSVP before the deadline your name will appear on the guest list for the event. Please make sure you write your full name, as well as the full names of the friends you invite.
- Non-members:
If you are not a member, you can be invited by an existing member to attend our events. Just ask him/her to add your full name to his/her guest list.
We will do our best to accommodate non-members but access can never be guaranteed. We will always give priority to the members when a capacity problem arises.
Please also remember that we reserve the right to deny access to anyone who doesn't follow the dress code for that particular evening's event.
